Before the lectures
1. Before starting classes, CYS arranges a free trial lesson for you first to understand your needs and level
2. After the trial lesson, the teacher will communicate with you in order to design your study plan
3. After you purchase the courses, the material will be send to you though email for free

During the lectures
1. Before any lectures, the teacher will teach you Pinyin as the first stage, it can be repeated till you memorize it
2. Each class is 50 minutes, but it can be customized to fit your needs
3. Suggest each student to take a class at least per week, and students can choose time and date in advance
4. Each course has 10~20 lessons, actual class depends on student’s level and study plan
5. Teacher’s available teaching time is from 7am~2pm in Taiwan time, please check worldwide time zone if you’re not in Taiwan

Others
If you can not attend scheduled class, please to inform teacher three days in advance by email or phone.
Tuition can be fully refund if you inform teacher to cancel course a week advanced; and 90% can be refund if inform teacher three days advanced.
